After nearly two decades in the wedding and event industry, Holly Viles has accomplished her ultimate dream… to create intimate, personal, beautiful and detail oriented events in a space she designed. Holly knows her customers appreciate a stress free inclusive exeperience so along with her company Have & Hold in downtown McKinney, TX she brings floral, cake and desserts, tabletop rentals, and planning to the Farm at Creekwood.

Our Farmhouse
Lovingly restored with a keen eye for detail, this farmhouse balances historic charm with contemporary amenities. The inviting layout features a dedicated bar, culinary prep kitchen, cozy lounge, and full accessibility to accommodate every guest. Perfect for gatherings of up to 50 people, the versatile interior provides ample room for seated dining and bespoke catering for intimate celebrations.
Our Gardens and Terrace
Step through our back French doors onto a terrace ideal for elegant dining. Surrounded by lush landscapes, the property features a cozy fire pit and a unique hidden bar within our historic storm shelter. Explore our herb and flower gardens, or capture a moment at the greenhouse made with original 1925 windows. From intentional design to historic personality, every corner of this estate is crafted to offer your guests a truly immersive experience. This curated setting ensures a celebration that is both magical and memorable.
Our Barn
Our 2,400 sq. ft. vintage barn was built in 1925 and offers a charming space for up to 100 guests to enjoy a romantic sit-down meal or a lively dance celebration.

When you book a Farm at Creekwood package, you don't just get a venue — you get Holly and her team. We will sit down with you, learn your vision and design your florals, linens, china, dessert and cakes. She will help coordinate your vendors, including catering— making sure every single detail is exactly as you dreamed it.
